About us
First Line Training Solutions Ltd was created to provide high-quality training to all.
We pride ourselves in providing professional training to all of our learners and aim to ensure that they not only complete their qualification but are front line ready to perform their tasks. We offer ongoing training and continued professional development as we are never finished learning.
Our friendly training team have a vast amount of frontline and training experience which in turn enables you to gain professional qualifications personally or through your company. Our trainers believe in having a fun and engaging learning experience where the skills learnt can be used in a real life situation, rather than gaining a piece of paper to stick on a wall.
Meet the Team
Paul Cunningham
Director
Paul is the Director of FLES, and has worked in the security industry for over 30 years. He has experience in everything to do with security. Though Paul is not yet, part of our training team, without him our training wouldn’t exist. Paul decided to open the training division after finding a huge gap in the market for quality training, Paul is a firm believer in training people to the highest of standards. Paul is now looking at taking his teaching qualifications, so he too can get stuck in.
Tilly Childerhouse
IQA / Trainer/ Director
Tilly is one of our IQAs and our lead trainer as well as Director of First Line Training Solutions Ltd. Tilly is able to deliver most courses from security through to First Aid and health and safety. Tilly has worked in all aspects of the security industry for over 10 years and uses her knowledge to pass on to her learners. Tilly believes in ensuring that all her students leave their courses having learned something new, and is committed to helping anyone who needs it, trying to go above and beyond and will deliver 1 to 1 modules to ensure that everyone is ready to pass their qualifications.
Marcus Karop
Trainer / IQA
Marcus has been in the Security industry for over 5 years, but has been in the adult education industry for over 20 years. He specializes in Customer service and health and safety training.
Kayleigh Curtis
Trainer
Kayleigh specialises in First Aid training she’s is an ex-army medic with first hand front-line experience.
